Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your purchase from Black Luxury Malaysia. If something isn’t right, here’s how returns and refunds work:

Malaysia Orders 🇲🇾

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days from delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and with original tags/packaging.

  • Sale or clearance items cannot be returned.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping to our Kuala Lumpur address.

  • Once we receive and check the item, we’ll process a refund or exchange (7–14 working days).

Singapore Orders 🇸🇬

  • Orders shipped to Singapore are final sale.

  • No returns or exchanges are available.

Exchanges (Malaysia Only)

  • You can exchange for a different size or color (if available).

  • If your preferred option is not available, we’ll issue a refund.
